I was put on a beta blocker, it helped.
I could tell a difference depending on what I was doing.

Modern life is bombarding us.

So,
I started fueling properly and thoughtfully.
Exercising intentionally (without guilt if I miss a day because of work demands)
I had already stopped drinking alcohol
Changed my routine
I swear matcha 🍵 and magnesium 💤 changed my life.

And I’m still making improvements 😉

Think deeply before an elective procedure.

Hysterectomies are some of the most common procedures worldwide and in the U.S.

More recent data shows hysterectomy without ovary removal leads to increased all cause mortality when performed at a younger age.

Ovary removal at a younger age also leads to increased all cause mortality.

Why?
The hormones produced by the ovary are benefitting our overall health and particularly heart health.

Early menopause whether natural or surgical increases all cause mortality (dying from anything) with the decrease or loss of hormone production.

Surgeries can be necessary and life changing in a good way. In those cases, with fully informed consent, it could be the best path.

Soak 1 cup of almonds in each jar filled with water x 24 hours
Strain
Put almonds in blender, fill with water
Blend
Strain through cheesecloth

Each cup of almonds yields about 24 ounces of milk
